Application:
The best time to use Pro-Phytogen
is whatever time of day a woman takes her shower or
bath when pores are open from the heat and skin oils
are at a minimum. This assures the best transdermal
delivery, and, do not apply other creams or lotions
for at least thirty minutes. If cream is used at other
times than after a shower or bath, a warm, wet cloth
will open pores for better results.
The average maintenance
dose for women is 1/8 teaspoon, morning and night. All
women should take 4 to 7 days off per month once they
are no longer symptomatic. For women who are still cycling,
the off time should begin when they start their period.
For women who are no longer cycling, the first 4 to
7 days of the calendar month will be easiest to remember.
Every woman’s body, however, is different and some women
will require 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, depending on the symptoms
being experienced.
