  •     200 gr. rice brown med grain ckd
  •     400 gr. sirloin steak
  •     300 ml beef broth
  •     2 onion, fresh, med
  •     2 tsp ground ginger
  •     2 clove(s) garlic
  •     3 tsp spice turmeric ground
  •     4 tsp curry powder
  •     2 tsp chilli powder
  •     2 red chilli peppers
  •     800 gr. tinned diced tomatoes
  •     6 tbsp tomato paste
  •     4 tsp ground coriander

Preparation instructions:


  1. Pour the oil into a large saucepan bring up to a high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Make a paste of the ginger, garlic, curry powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, with a little water.
  4. Add to saucepan and stir in well and fry for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add your beef and mix well.
  6. Add the fresh chillies
  8. Mix the Chopped Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, together in a jug with the water or stock and pour into the saucepan and mix in well.
  9. Turn up the heat until the sauce begins to simmer and leave to simmer for 20 Minutes.
  10. Stir occasionally.
  12. Garnish with the chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve over cooked rice.
